Currently in my compound, Ill be expanding it into a seperate village away but close from the compound to rent out houses for a very cheap price. It also depends how big the houses, shack is . Remember also, you get to keep the houses. When moving out remove all your belongings.
You will be provided with a Crafting Table, and a Furnace. Extra things will cost you .
IF you will be building extra things such as farmland or barns depending on the dimensions you may have to pay. Not certainly though.
Any materials needed you may come to me and buy supplies, if I have them.

Small Shack: 7 Ingots.
Medium Shack: 15 Ingots
Standard House: 30 Ingots
